Abstract
Part of Symposium: Higher Consciousness in Entrepreneurship
This symposium explores how higher consciousness reshapes entrepreneurship by combining material and spiritual aspects, through personal, social, and transcendental dimensions. Drawing upon concepts like Transcendental Entrepreneurial Intelligence (TEI), Relational Identity to a Transcendent Entity, Individuation, and the Entrepreneur as a Holon, this discussion highlights how integrating self-awareness, empathy, and divine connection influence entrepreneurship via spiritual purpose. By aligning core values with business strategies, higher consciousness offers entrepreneurs a moral compass for adressing complexity, enhancing resilience, mindfulness, and ethics. The symposium addresses critical questions: How do spirituality and religion contribute to entrepreneurial fulfillment? How do they enable conscious decision-making? And how can such consciousness improve well-being and ethics, preparing the entrepreneur for today’s turbulent world?
