Abstract
Within the 50th Hawaiian International Conferenceon System Sciences (HICSS), we organize for the firsttime a minitrack on Trust, Identity, and TrustedSystems in Digital Environments. Trust is a pervasiveconcern not just with new technologies but also withestablished technologies as they become more complexand interdependent. Through papers and a panel, thetrack will discuss and debate when and to what degreetrust matters, in what form(s), and with whichconsequences, primarily in the context of the sharingeconomy and blockchain technology.
