Abstract
The authors regret, that we misunderstood the revision process and specifically when and where we were supposed to fill in the double affiliation. I/Janet Vähämäki am employed both at the Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm Environment Institute and have worked with the project at both institutions. However, only SSE has an Open Access agreement with Elsevier and their conditions for approving the Open Access fee from their side is that I insert them as the main affiliation for this article. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that their name is mentioned and that my contact e-mail address is to them. Therefore, the correct affiliation is updated above.
