Krystal Zhao-Jansson is a PhD student at the House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics. Her research focuses on strategic leadership and governance in entrepreneurial ventures, examining how founders and early-stage investors shape board dynamics and venture performance under uncertainty.
Before starting her PhD, she participated in a research project at Uppsala University in collaboration with Handelsbanken, examining the relationship between initial public offerings and technological innovation in Sweden.
