Ruilin takes a qualitative approach to examine how autonomy, control, and work–nonwork boundaries are enacted and contested in evolving work contexts such as hybrid work and the adoption of generative AI.
Before his PhD, Ruilin gained practical experience working in organizations across North America, Asia, and Europe.
