My research explores the dynamics of public organizational structures and governance mechanisms, focusing on how these elements are linked to market practices . Through a combination of empirical analysis and theoritization, I examine the ways in which organizations adapt to, resist, and shape the regulatory landscapes. My work includes governance strategies that facilitate and hinder decision-making and accountability, and institutional work that underpins market transformations towards sustainable development.
