Charlotte Walker is an affiliated researcher at the Department of Management and Organization at SSE. As a qualitative researcher in strategic management, she studies how megatrends - particularly digitalization and sustainability - influence organizational capabilities, resources, business models, and strategic renewal. She received her PhD in Business Administration from SSE in September 2025. For her doctoral thesis, she was awarded the prestigious Wallander scholarship, providing three years of funding for full-time research, and commenced her appointment as a Wallander scholar in January 2026.
