Dr Luis de Miranda is a philosophical practitioner and associate professor (docent) in bioethics at Uppsala University. A PhD in philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and alumni from HEC-Paris, he is an internationally translated author, a Senior Researcher and a counsellor.
He is the inventor of the CIPHER model, and acronym for Crealectic Intelligence and Philosophical Health for Enriched Realities. With this model come two methodologies that have been applied successfully both with individuals and groups: the SMILE_PH method (Sense-Making Interviews Looking at Elements of Philosophical Health) and the Crealectic Method, which has been implemented in particular at Vattenfall R&D. Luis de Miranda is currently working on the various aspects of Eudynamic Realities, seen as integrated cognition between person (embodied cognition), earth (extended cognition), work (enactive cognition) and society (embedded cognition).
