Expertise

Qiujie Qiu is a PhD student at House of Innovation at Stockholm School of Economics. Qiujie’s research lies at the intersection of innovation and entrepreneurship. His thesis explores how digital ventures navigate product development under uncertainty. Drawing on large-scale online platform data, the dissertation examines how firms engage in user co-creation, experiment with product changes, and navigate community gatekeeping.

Prior to joining SSE, he worked as a data analyst in both academic and non-academic organizations. Qiujie holds a BS in quantitative economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a MA in business and economics from University of Zurich.
