Expertise
I have an educational background in economics and management with a research focus on the interplay of digital technology and organizational strategy, particularly technologies collectively referred to as artificial intelligence (AI). My work explores the organizational and behavioral implications of AI adoption and use, including its impact on workplace roles and skills, and how human-centric approaches can drive successful digital transformation and shared value creation.
I engage in teaching and sharing research-based insights with undergraduate, graduate, and executive audiences. My work has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Research, and Strategic Management Journal. I completed my dissertation on organizational AI adoption, earning my Ph.D. from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. I have held visiting positions at Warwick Business School and Stanford University, and I am affiliated with Stanford University and The Institute for Futures Studies.
